Were you banned from the Novam Studios Discord server or from one of our games? Use this form to ask us to take another look. Please read the rules below first, so you know what an appeal can and cannot do.

Timeouts cannot be appealed. A timeout (mute) ends on its own, so there is nothing for us to review or reverse. Appeals for these will be ignored:
• Timeouts and mutes
• Warnings
• Kicks (you can simply rejoin)
• Bans or account moderation by Roblox or Discord themselves (contact Roblox or Discord Support instead)
1. You get a confirmation email straight away.
2. Our team reviews your appeal by hand. We look at the ban reason, any evidence and what you tell us.
3. We contact you by email or Discord with the decision: the ban is lifted, or it stays.
Reviews take time, so please be patient. Submit one appeal per ban and do not send it again. Appeals with false information will be denied.
